Podcast Generation Problems

If podcast generation fails, check your internet connection and try again
Ensure your topic input is clear and specific for better results
Try shorter topics if you experience timeouts
Restart the app if generation seems stuck

Audio Playback Issues

Make sure your device volume is turned up
Check that your device isn't in silent mode
Try closing and reopening the app
Restart your device if audio problems persist

Purchase and Subscription Issues

App Store purchases are handled by Apple - check your App Store receipt
To restore purchases, use the "Restore Purchases" option in app settings
For refunds, contact Apple Support directly through the App Store

Data and Content

All your generated podcasts are saved in the app and can be accessed anytime. To delete content, use the delete option within each podcast. If you need help accessing or managing your content, please contact us.
