Moonfish is a podcast generation application that creates audio content based on your inputs. We provide this service through artificial intelligence technology and cloud-based processing.

You may use Moonfish to create podcast content for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Create content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use the service to generate spam or malicious content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Moonfish. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any inputs you provide, including uploaded images and text prompts.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment through the App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to App Store policies. We do not store your payment information.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Moonfish available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

Moonfish is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated podcasts.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Moonfish is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.

Termination

You may stop using Moonfish at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may still access and download your previously generated content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
